State of the Art
We use state of the art equipment to expedite the accurate and timely production of our reports including tablet laptop computers for instant report production and e-mail. All our reports are e-mailed and therefore ensure speedy delivery. In addition we use 4K digital cameras for still photography. We use linked electronic personal digital assistants for effective work planning, voice to print software, digital recorders and all our operatives are instantly contactable via mobile phones. -
We do not charge VAT so you pay less.
Inventories are signed for at the time of check in using sophisticated tablet computers so there is no chasing up of tenants to sign inventories after they have moved in, and they can be e-mailed directly from the computer.

Our prices are very competitive and we do not charge VAT, making our tariff particularly attractive to private landlords and agencies alike.
We are happy to discuss special rates for agencies with multiple outlets and landlords with large portfolios. Simply contact us and we will gladly meet with you to present our services and discuss your particular requirements.

The fees stated are for standard furnished and un-furnished properties.
An up-date of one of our own inventories will be chardged at a 50% reduction of the cost of the original document.
If we have previously compiled the inventory and a check in is booked then minor inventory up-dates are free of charge.
Those properties with excessive furnishings will be negotiated separately.
If you require the following areas to be covered an additional charge of £15 each will be added - conservatories, large garages, workshops, sheds, lofts, cellars, saunas, gymnasiums, swimming pools, tennis courts, cluttered drawers/cupboards, and other rooms which may not be classed as part of a standard property.
